We recently carried out a full realign to a 750mm diameter storm system that was 90m in length, the pipework had an invert of below 5m and required a specific structural design due to the depth below ground.
The network had not been used for some time and required root removal by robotic cutting prior to our realigning works.
The line was fully cleaned by high power jetting and a new UV liner was winched into place and cured with our UV light train system.
This gave the client a significant cost-saving solution than having to replace the existing pipe by excavation.
The works were completed on time and on budget.
