UV Lining Over 200m of 300mm Concrete Pipe

McBreen Environmental recently completed a successful overnight UV lining project for a new client, demonstrating the efficiency and minimal disruption benefits of trenchless rehabilitation methods. The works involved the supply and installation of a UV-cured liner across five sections of 300mm concrete pipe, totalling over 200 metres in length. Prior to lining, a detailed CCTV survey was completed to confirm the condition, accessibility, and suitability of each pipe section. With all segments verified, the UV lining process was completed smoothly and to specification. This project highlights McBreen Environmental’s ability to deliver high-quality, no-dig pipe rehabilitation under tight timeframes – even overnight.
