CCTV Survey & Targeting
We carry out a CCTV inspection to locate the exact position, nature, and extent of the obstruction.Robot DeploymentThe robotic cutter (such as Picote, Maxi Miller, Cosmic C120, IBG 60 or equivalent) is lowered into the pipe and navigated to the blockage via remote control.
Cutting OperationThe diamond or milling head is activated, removing intrusions, roots, encrustations, concrete or lateral connection overgrowth, gradually cutting away the obstruction.
Monitoring & ControlThe operator controls speed, pressure, and angle via live video feed, ensuring precise removal without collateral damage.
Clearance & Final SurveyAfter removal, we flush the pipe and run another CCTV scan to confirm full clearance and check the pipe condition.
Return to FlowOnce verified, the pipe is returned to normal operation immediately.
