How It Works: Process & What to Expect
Pre-Visit Prep - Measure the distance from your septic tank to your tank and let us know (to ensure we have enough hosing on the day). Make sure your septic tank lids/manhole covers are exposed before we arrive (we will agree on a date/time).
Arrival & Setup - Our team arrives, sets up the jet vac tanker and equipment, and safely gains access to your tank.
Emptying & Jetting of the Septic Tank - We suction out sludge and solids, and jet the line from the house to the tank to remove blockages or buildup.
Inspection / Septic tank 10-Point Check Health Check - We inspect internal structure, sensor function, pumps, alarms, lids, benching, walls, leaks, and scum/sludge levels.
Report & Advice - We provide a clear written inspection report, including photos, and certified disposal of your waste. We will recommend repairs or preventive steps, if necessary.

If you have any issues with sewage just contact Mc Breens. Sinead in the office was a star for arranging everything for us and ensured that it would be sorted even though we could not be there.
